Free Spirit Sweater

Color, texture, and a whole lot of yarn went into this one-of-a-kind handmade crochet sweater.

Handmade by Michelle Giraud, this sweater was created completely freestyle using dozens of different yarns in an eclectic mix of colors, textures, and stitches. There was no pattern—just letting the yarn and the design evolve as it was crocheted. That means there will never be another one exactly like it.

The sweater has a relaxed, oversized shape with long sleeves and a flowing, slightly flared silhouette. A decorative crochet edging along the bottom adds even more texture and movement.

Made from a mixture of acrylic and cotton yarns, it’s cozy without losing that colorful, free-spirited feel. Perfect with jeans, leggings, patchwork pants, or your favorite festival outfit.
